Faizal is. a transport industry leader with 21 years of experience across air and land transport, customer service, ground handling, terminal management and transport operations. His career includes senior customer service leadership roles with Qantas and British Airways, together with Loadmaster licence experience covering multiple Boeing aircraft types. Faizal has contributed to Malaysia’s high-speed rail development and the Southern Integrated Terminal (TBS), and now serves as Director of Easybook, where he focuses on strategic partnerships, commercial growth and mobility solutions across the Southeast Asian transport ecosystem.
