With more than 20 years of working experience in transportation, Joseph has worked on numerous ITS projects in Singapore from turnkey to large- and small-scale projects. He worked at the Land Transport Authority where he participated in both railway and road projects. Joseph conducted numerous vehicle location system trials that helped define the building blocks and specifications of Singapore's next generation electronic road pricing (ERP2) system.
