Marc-Pascal Lehrich is a mobility strategist and Market Coordinator at SkyToll, part of the ITIS Holding Group. With a strong focus on customized tolling solutions, he supports the development and implementation of innovative mobility strategies across the APAC region. His work sits at the intersection of business development, technology, and public policy—shaping the future of road user charging through user-centric, scalable, and data-driven approaches.

Mr. Lehrich is actively involved in early-stage pilot designs, public-private partnerships, and regulatory dialogue across diverse international markets. Combining technical insight with a passion for innovation, he advocates for a new generation of traffic systems that are not only efficient but also deliver meaningful value to citizens.

With a background in applied geoscience, he began his career by contributing to data-driven Smart City developments for several European IT companies. Based in Berlin, he brings a global perspective to transforming mobility ecosystems through digital, adaptive, and human-centered infrastructure.
