Dr Elly Sinaga is a transportation expert with a distinguished career dedicated to road safety and urban mobility in Indonesia. Since 2019, she has served as President of the Indonesia Road Safety Partnership (IRSP), leading initiatives to protect vulnerable road users. Her previous roles include Director General of the Greater Jakarta Transport Authority (2016–2017) and Director General of the R&D Agency at the Ministry of Transportation (2014–2016). She is also the founder of the Indonesia Intelligent Transport System. In addition to her government service, Sinaga is a Senior Lecturer at the Trisakti Institute of Transportation and Logistics and formerly served as Rector of the Graduate School for Land Transport at the Ministry of Transportation, Indonesia.
