FAQ
The Road User Charging Conference is a two-day international event focused on tolling, road pricing and interoperability. It brings together government ministries, road authorities, toll chargers, operators, advisers and technology providers to share policy developments, live programme updates and lessons from real-world deployment. The agenda explores the issues shaping the future of road user charging, from distance-based charging and urban road pricing to enforcement, operations, decarbonisation and cross-border interoperability.
Road User Charging Conference 2027 takes place on 2–3 March 2027 at Steigenberger Wiltcher’s, 71 Avenue Louise/Louizalaan 71, 1050 Brussels, Belgium.
The Road User Charging Conference is aimed primarily at senior practitioners, policy makers and project leaders with direct strategic, policy or operational responsibility for road user charging. Typical delegates include representatives from government ministries, road authorities, toll chargers, operators and other organisations directly involved in the sector.
To preserve the quality and relevance of the audience, delegate applications are subject to review and the organisers reserve the right to decline registrations that do not align with the event’s intended delegate profile.
